MTN DISGUSTING

On the 12th of June 2025 I purchased home router online and received order no# *** till to date i have not received my purchase numerous attempts have been made to follow up with Dsv but Im not getting any joy, email sent to their customer care department asking them to cancel everything and refund me my money,no response nor email or sms acknowledging my issue. I have been phoning Mtn and being put pillar to post and their are advising me since it was an online purchase there is no relevant department that they can direct me, which I find strange as this was done on Mtn platform.MTN U HV FAILED ME AND WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE #STAY AWAY FROM MTN **** SERVICE
