MTN DISGUSTING
I have 2 contratcs with Mtn, the cellphone and the laptop, I get provisioned for data bundles or rather im supposed to be provisioned on the 14th of each month however that does not happen on my *** line.I must always call the call centre and tell them to load my data bundles...im so fed up with this and so utterly disgusted..my account is up to date always and yet I never get the service I need.MTN you really need to watch your back, your monopolistic attitude will leave you nowhere in no time, so many have gone this road and have fallen so miserably,.I have been calling your lousy call centre since the 14th to get you guys to load my data on this particular line and all iv been getting is empty promises.WHY MUST I CALL YOU EVERY MONTH AND REMIND YOU TO PROVISION FOR ME...??????Please can you fix this nonsense once and for all
