MTN DISGUSTED

Mtn sales agents snd every department agents do not know how to do their work... i had taken a contract for the home wifi uncapped and paid pro rata for the last week of june and the whole mnth of july... i only received my router in the second wewk of july and still had to struggle to get the sim card registered. Then this wifi promo offers 3 months disney plus free and none of the agents can assist me in activating the disney plus... they keep putting me through to different departments and the sales department never answer their calls. They are pathetic and rude
