MTN Disgraceful - I cannot say disgraceful service as there is no service.

MTN must be the most useless support cellular service provider in SA. for 3 months I have been requesting assistance with a simple "call forwarding" on my number which I have had for over 25 years and have always been able to forward. I tried using my iPhone 12 - no go! Insert my Vodacom sim and works immediately. So maybe a glitch, anything is possible. However I have now inserted the MTN sim into an iPhone 15 and guess what MTN....when I divert ........ AMAZING it transfers - TO MY VOICE MAIL. I understand I am one of a 1000 plus callers a day with issues, however 3 months to resolve simply says we dont need to business with 3-4 contracts, so ****** them. This is a major issue that I cannot divert when consulting or elsewhere and still have access to other apps - MTN YOU HAVE FAILED!!
