MTN Disgraceful - I cannot say disgraceful service as there is no service.

MTN must be the most useless support cellular service provider in SA. My mtn number has been hacked and ported by unknown person and I contacted them to report *****. I was told to contact their support team on their email of which I did then I had to buy a new starter pack to do Sim Swap. I did that and I got my number , an hour later it was hacked again and I did the same process AGAIN 😡. When the second reversal was done again I contacted them for another sim swap and I was told that the number is been ported again for the third time now. How can they allow someone to port my number for 3 times without any notifying me knowing very well what the number is been reported for several times in one week. I’m a so disappointed 😡😡😡
