MTN Disgrace :-(

I've been fighting for over 1 year with MTN of overbilling and hope Hello Peter can assist me in this regard - feels like i'm dealing with a bunch of ****** who only want to protect their brand. My first phone and contract was with MTN and still a loyal customer (since 1997), however you are leaving a unpalatable taste in my mouth - MTN Cresta, Folk this is where my trust was broken last year.
