Mtn discussed

Good day my husband's phone has been blocked as he did not pay his contact that he is on is R300 a month mtn tried to deduct over R1300. So it was reversed we went into the store twice at galleria to ask if he contract would just roll over as it was a black Friday contract the managers at the store said it would just roll over and he will pay his R300 a month we are fine with that. We are not fine with the fact that they tried to take money out of his account without him signing for it and have blocked his phone cause we won't pay the above mentioned amount. We are willing to pay the monthly amount of R300. Please could someone get back to me. This is utter nonsense before I take it further his number is *** Duncan Stewart we had the women log a complain at the store we received a message saying it was resolved his phone is still blocked. As I stated we will pay the monthlypunt as agread apon on contract we will not be paying anything more than that as when we spoke to the shop manager they said it will just roll over at same amount we have the recorded conversation aswell.
