MTN discriminating againt people with deformaties

I am a contract customer for over 20 years. I app**** for my upgrade online on the website. After 4 days the courier company DSV eventually came to deliver my phone. I had all the required documentation as requested. Then I had to do Bometrics which failed asi do not have finger prints due to a medical condition. So DSV refused to deliver and said I must phone MTN.

AFTER 3 different people i was told to phone a spesific number to arrange for a manual delivery. After 40 min of holding on I eventually spoke to someone just to have the phone dropped in my ear.

So is this how MTN is treating people with dissabilities? By discriminating agsinst such people.

I have never been so humiliated in my life. Worst ever possible service ever.
