MTN Discriminating Against Customers Who Hold Passports

MTN if as a passport holder I am good enough to own a sim card and allowed to register on your network why the hell can I not blacklist my phone when it is ******? Temporary residents get their phones ****** too. Why do you allow us to RICA using our passport? If I can RICA using my passport I should be able to blacklist my phone using my passport!!! Shame on you MTN... to face such ************** after a brutal ******* is just unforgiveable!!!
