mtn discount

I'm a Multichoice employee and to my knowledge we qualify for a certain percentage discount on our contracts but to my surprise the discount is still not effective 'til today and i keep calling their call centre and no one seems to be able to help... this is ridiculous!!! *annoyed* i dont have to be calling ya'll every single day.
