MTN #disconnectingpeople

I'm beyond disgusted with what I'm currently experiencing with MTN. My contract line has been suspended since December 2020. In February I paid an amount of R3000. With my 3 contract phones coming to an end on March 2021 i later followed up on what the outstanding amount may be, just to find that i owe them another R3k. Never knew you have to phone in yourself to cancel your contract... A contract i haven't been using for the last 7 months yet im being billed of with the contract initially expired in March. I phone in a few times stating I'll pay the outstanding amount of R3k off.. That MTN should just freeze or cancel the contract after whitch they kept on saying they cant... Im being billed still for something I don't use or have access on. When i asked the lady if ill get the data and minutes for 7 months back.. They said no... But i have to pay for something i didn't get or enjoy. I want to cancel the contracts but they continue to bill me and im furios... Won't refer anyone to make youse of this selfish cellphone networking My fist review was written on 26 July 2021..guess what, they didn't even try to respond on that.
