MTN disconnect my line without reason

Good day

I tried logging into the MTN app, it shows that my number ***) is Grey listed.

Ever since I tried getting a data package on this sim on May, I have had endless problems, escalations and calls with no feedback to date.

I have lost business due to this number suspended, Greylisted, not available on the network, or whatever you want to call it.

Please can I have my line restored ASAP, 3 months with no feedback is pathetic.
