MTN Disaster

Hello! i write this review with so much of anger and disappointment., i have recently been put in a new position at work and required my phone line to be extended to a new package seeing that my new post requires me to make more calls than usual, i called MTN 6 Times in the space of 2 days to assist me with migrating my package, eventually i decided to go in to a store, went to lakeside mall waited for 35 minutes only to be told that they dont do migration at that store i had to go to an MTN Direct store in carnival i got there the guy was so disrespectful to m,e as if he was doing me a favour yet the store was empty and all of that just looked at me like i was some sort of alien! then told me that they cant help me there i need to go to another store, i went to an MTN Direct store after that, the man asked me for my number did a few things on his system and then told me to come back the next day..............seriously???? all this for a migration???? its shocking!!!!!!!!! yet at the end of the month when debiting peoples accounts you guys are never late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in conclusion im still battling to get my migration done! sad!
