Mtn Disappointment

I upgraded my contract 6 of Dec and the consultant kept going on the Huawei Nova 5 is the next best thing and it's the best on the market now.... First thing he told me was it has all the same benefits as the P20 pro and comes with screen replacement like all Huawei's does.... I HATE this phone, it's speaker is very soft i have to restart it all the time, last week it seemed to be infected coz it just jump to different apps and didn't respond to what I needed... But the part that really irritated me is that my phone fell on my bathroom carpet and it burst... Yesterday with was 30th of Jan I went back to shop, now first of all the lady behind computer didn't really seem in the mood to help me, like she was doing me a favor and not being paid for her job.... She called a guy to ask him if the do screen replacements and he wasn't sure as well, goodness surely they should at least know this kind of stuff???

After looking at my screen he just said they don't do screen replacements on nova 5, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE SCREEN PROTECTORS FOR THIS PHONE, I MEAN WTH!!!

Now I just waisted my time seeing that no one in the shop doesn't know anything......

I went on Google and it stated that " NOVA 5T does come with screen repairing during the first 6 months of purchasing....

Another thing that really upsets me is that the consultant that sold me this phone told me that I do have insurance on my phone and that I was paying R250 for insurance (after I specifically asked him) and that I should just phone in and change the phone that should no be covered,,,,, guess what when I phoned the mtn insurance they told me I don't have insurance for any phone and they don't even offer insurance for Nova 5T..... Why would you buy this phone for R13000 or take it on contract and pay it off over 2 years if you don't even have reassurings that should something happen to it it can be fixed.... Believe me I'm going to take this matter seriously further if it's not fixed and something is done about it. Mtn I have been a customer for more than 10 years and you really disappointed me
