MTN disappointing yet AGAIN!!!

Even after my first review MTN did not even respond. Now about 2 weeks later they went and suspended the line again. For the same reason and the same amount which was paid. I will absolutely not recommend anyone to go or move to MTN. You try contacting customer care over your mobile and you cant even speak to a real person. They have now suspended my line 3 times in two months even though the account is up to date. No apologies, no nothing. Its really useless.
