MTN DISAPPOINTING ONCE AGAIN!

By far the worst cell phone service provider in the country. After paying off all my contracts and trying to close them I was denied. Which quite frankly isn’t MTNs position if all my accounts are up to date!!!!

I sent countless emails and spoke to many people from mtn to cancel my account as my account was up to date and I wanted to move to a new service provider as I have always had issues with mtn. Then after that, I was being charged every month still so I went in store to pay and try sort this issue to be told no one can help me once again.

A week later Mtn had cut all 5 of my phones of my contract off with no reasoning, and again no one could assist.

I will never ever go back to mtn and definitely will be spreading the word for future customers and current customers to be careful or rather stay away!
