MTN - DISAPPOINTING

I am very upset with MTN. I took out 2 contracts with them, then they deducted 2 times in one month for both. I contacted them and they said it was a problem on their side.

From there on I only had issues, they stopped my contracts and said I did not pay my accounts where it goes off with debit order so I can't stop it at all.

Since September 2020 I am waiting for assistance to sort this out and carry on with my contracts but nobody gets back to me at all.

Very disappointed in the service provider.
