Mtn disappointing

I've been using mtn since 2006. Yes they have been the boza network as they say. But the treatment I'm getting lately is really disappointing. I went to do sim swap and also migrate from prepaid to contract. A very nice lady at Midrand boulders Mtn store assisted me and assured that sim swap will be done within 2 to 24 hours. This was on Friday morning 20th Dec 2019. Today its Monday 23rd Dec 2019, nothing is done. I still don't have connection. When I keep calling the call center I'm told the samething over and over again. This is really disappointing
