MTN -disappointed

I app**** for a business contract over the black Friday period in November 2025. It took mtn so long to approve the application that I only received the phone and watch this week. It took me three hours to obtain the phone today even after all the paperwork was processed over the past 3 weeks. The promo that I purchased allowed for Samsung buds for free promo. They took so long to process the order that now apparently I cannot get the buds any longer because it's already the end of December. I'm not sure why I should lose out because they're ***********. Also I have now put the Sim in the phone but surprise surprise the Sim doesn't work. Really very disappointed.
