MTN DIRECT UPGRADE
After my complaint of 8 June 2021 against the poor services of MTN Direct, I am still waiting for the delivery of the handset for an order which was placed on 25 May 2021. Unfortunately the services and promises after his supervisors contacted me twice, are still not satisfactorily and worthwhile being a consumer of MTN.
Their services remain worse and I suppose the next step will be legal assistance
