Mtn Direct Sucks. Don't bother

On the 22 Oct I signed up for the 20gb plus 20gb SIM only promo that Mtn was offering. About a few days later one of their staff contacted me about the contract. I was APPROVED and my account details and information was taken.

I have already been billed, however I have not received any response from MTN till today. I have tried for at least 5 days now phoning MTNs customer service numbers with no help whatsoever from their side. I have emailed at least 3 different emails, but it seems nobody is interested in helping.

Their ********** /3032/9622 numbers just keep on ringing and ringing. I'm literally at my wit's end with this dumb network.

So now they leave me with no choice but to cancel. This is not going to work out. They seem to be interested in capturing your banking details and then nobody gets back with any information whatsoever.

I learnt my lesson and I will NEVER, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, EVER RECOMMEND MTN TO ANYONE.
