MTN DIRECT SUCKS ASS!

I was due for an upgrade in June 2019. I app**** for the upgrade online, i received an email to confirm the upgrade. The day after I app**** online I received the new data/airtime tat comes with the new contract. I waited a few days and followed up on the delivery. DSV advised there is no package for me to be delivered.

I called MTN, after being transferred numerous times, someone advised that they only loaded a sim upgrade, no devices, even though the email I received confirmed the phone/devices I chose.

I asked them to look into it as this was not correct. They advised it will be escalated to management..

Till this day I haven't received feedback and my debit order is due for next week. Now I have to pay for a device I do not have.

I have called again today and all they say is they will send an email to management. This has been a 3 week process and still nothing.

All they have to do is cancel the online upgrade(which they ****ed up in the first place), so I can go to a MTN shop and upgrade there. Can it be that ****ing difficult?
