Mtn direct service
I took out a contract with mtn direct in June and I spoke with Olivia. Olivia and I had an understanding that I wanted to port my Cell C number to Mtn. After my phonecall with her I received an sms from cell C abouty Sim porting to another network. Upon receiving the sim and phone via courier a week later, then only I realized that I has not only received a Sim card with a new number l, but also found out that I had gotten a business Vip Sim card belonging to a lady whose surname is Naidoo. I then was advised by a lady called Maggie at the porting department who tried her damndest to help, that I must speak to Silindile, who is Olivia's supervisor. Silindile advised me to buy a new Mtn contract sim card out of my own pocket and Mtn would reimburse me. She gave me an email address, so that I could forward the invoice to her. The invoice was forwarded on the 3rd July. I phoned her around the 10th, she confirmed receipt of the email, and said that I should expect to be paid back within 7 days, till today no communication and I have not received my money.
