MTN Direct Refuse To Collect Phone

<p>I renewed my cell phone contract through MTN Direct during Jan 2016. The Sony M5 device was faulty after a while. I called MTN Direct and was told to hand in my phone at our local MTN store. The store refused to accept my phone as they do not deal with MTN Direct customers. I were embarrassed by the situation - MTN Direct then decided to collect the phone from me via courier and had it repaired. The device is faulty again and I reported the fault about two weeks ago to MTN Direct. MTN Direct refuses to collect the phone via courier as they want me to hand the phone in again at the same store! I refuse to go all the way just to be told the same again. This is my last MTN contract. Are there more MTN Direct customers treated like this? Terrible customer care.</p>
