Mtn Direct provides terrible service
<p>after taking out a contract in mid december over the phone, i am still awaiting my handset??? it has been a month and still i havent received my phone yet. i called the call centre number numerous times without a resolution as to when i will be receiving my cell phone. Seriously MTN Direct service is really pathetic, MTN should'nt be providing this service as clearly they cant meet the clients needs.</p>
