MTN Direct - Promises and lies and no delivery 3 weeks later

Been a MTN customer for over 20 years. Ordered an iPhone 8 plus with MTN Direct over 3 weeks ago on 12 June. Contract and price agreed and sms sent as confirmation same day.

Long story short, around 6 phone calls later to Thandeka @ MTN direct and other people there like Janga, the phone is still not delivered and futhermore emails to Thandeka has yielded no response, except a phone call on Friday with excuses from her that MTN cannot offer the same deal any longer as I have to do the deal with Phonefinder first then send the confirmation to MTN. What nonsense! MTN should honour its original agreement (with phone call recorded as proof).
