MTN Direct No Service at all!!!

After my upgrade a month ago and no response on Hello Peter, MTN Direct decided to Cancel my upgrade with still no one communicating with me. If you phone them they transfer you to all the departments and all everyone is saying is Im sorry i cannot assist you… how the hell can no one be able to assist me????????!
