MTN Direct no feedback from Sales Agent

Good day

I have been trying to get hold of the MTN direct sales agent (KGOMOTSO MOMOTSE MDLULI) who assisted me with my contract. It is so difficult to contact her. I have sent her two emails this morning but no response yet. It is quite urgent. She is sending me a replacement phone (after warranty assessment) and I would like to change the phone that she has ordered for delivery. She offered me the iphone 8 for the rest of the duration of my contract and I would like to that that offer.

Is there anyone else I can liaise with as I have had endless issues dealing with this consultant. Can you provide me with her managers details or someone else that can assist me? I have been without a proper phone since January. This is really not working out in my benefit at all and its making me rethink about my chosen network provider. The customer care is below standard. There is no other person that can assist me, unless i complain here.

Please assist me urgently.
