Its that time again where we forget that we always have issues with MTN Direct upgrades. This time some Honey Ngcobo made the contact number be another number not the upgrade number and after asking for the delivery address she goes on and makes the wrong address my delivery address. So DSV have been contacting the wrong number and will try and deliver at the wrong address and they are not flexible. We are very livid
