MTN DIRECT MAKE EMPTY Promises!!
<p>I contacted MTN direct on thursday last week as I was notified by the consultant that I will get my parcel today.. I have contacted mtn amd they said I need to wait 5-7 working days I understand they have a process but you dont tell a customer you getting it on Wensday then you need to deliver on your promises but now they coming up with excuses and basically they making their problem yours </p>
