MTN Direct is the worse you'll face

Absolutely horrible service.

Did an upgrade on the 3rd of August , consultant goes MIA to receive my ID copy ,called in multiple times just to be told they can't do anything except email the consultant. Another time consultant ensured me that the team would launch internal investigation and get back to me in 72hrs but nothing. Then called in to hear multiple consultants tell me that it's approved just await on DSV but nothing and today I'm told it's still in vetting somehow yet the other consultants told me it's approved. The deal will end this month ,I've been patient since the 3rd of August.
