MTN DIRECT fails to deliver cellphone - 3 weeks wait with no communication or feedback.

I upgraded my mobile contract with MTN over telephone and still hasn't had my cellphone delivered after 3 weeks. I have called multiple times and every single time, I am forwarded to a different department which does not help at all. For 3 weeks now, all that has happened is being transferred to different departments or being put on hold for long until the call eventually cuts. I even went to a MTN store where I was told me that I couldn't be helped because my upgrade was done over a call instead of in-store. I was promised that I'd receive a call the following day to update me on the progress and that did not happen.

I've never experienced such bad service. I am frustrated and my last resort is to write this review hoping that something positive comes out of it.
