MTN DIRECT CONTRACT

What a poor service deliver. Took out a contract in a laptop and rooter. Waited 2 weeks. Delivered today. When the laptop started up it had a user account "defaultuser0" when trying to find a password, no documentation etc on that. After 4.5hours on the phone and R550 airtime i gave up. When trying to cancel the contract, had to make 6 calls, still no luck. Really giving up. Pathetic
