MTN Direct Call call centre agents are *****
I was sold a mtn contract via telephone by Matthew from the call centre, he ******* me into taking up the contract after he confirmed that the two phones that's included in the package is free., Guess what it is NOT free, imagine my surprise when I received my first invoice. I am so.oooo dissapointed , that there is still such dishonest people out there ,now im sitting with a cell phone contract I can hardly afford . DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY CONTRACT FROM MTN DIRECT THEY ARE ***** !!!!!
