MTN Direct bad service, they cant deliver my phone

<p>My phone stopped charging and i took it to MTN Repair in Midrand and i was give a collection number COL ********** 853 and was told i must call MTN Direct. I have been calling MTN Direct since January for them to process my new phone but till today i have no phone. I am being told my query is sent to the supervisor, when i request to speak to the supervisor i am told they dont have a direct line. I have been calling MTN every second day to this day i dont have my phone. I had to buy another phone because i need to use my number as its my primary number. Can someone call me as soon as possible. I am really fed up with MTN.</p>
