MTN Direct... after 18years but NEVER AGAIN! - AND in 2017 still no joy

<p>Dear public,</p> <p>I wish to share with you my frustration and no-service from MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>During December 2016 I've app**** with MTN Direct for an upgrade and new handset. After many promises and 4 weeks later... no handset.</p> <p>I asked for a cancellation on the sale to enable me to enter a MTN store and collect a handset over the counter - MTN Direct agreed, "Yes sir, a supervisor will have to do this - we escalate".</p> <p> </p> <p>Now after 6weeks, no joy from MTN direct. It seems like refusal to help and I cannot go into a store (which I tried, but the system shows I am already upgraded! Where is my phone then?)</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE I beg you - MTN - catch a wakeup, if this continues I will go to your competition in the hope of better service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Loyal (but frustrated) MTN Customer</p>
