MTN direct
On Tuesday I did an upgrade over the phone and the service was good. Yesterday RTT contacted me and informed me that my phone would be delivered today between 8am & 5pm and could not give me a delivery time, I was forced to put in a days leave to be at home for my phone to be delivered. I contacted RTT just after 1pm to get an update and was told that the delivery will be done before 5pm. I tried numerous times to contact RTT after 4pm and there was no answer. It is now after 8pm and the parcel has not been delivered and neither have I been contacted.<br> Tomorrow I will be in Johannesburg so I assume I will not get my upgrade as RTT will try and deliver it at my home address. So it seems that I will not be able to get my phone as I am traveling a lot of the time.<br> Can you please assist in this matter.
