Mtn Direct
Since i have calling *** number and hold on for over 20mins with no consultant to assist me, i got a contract phone on Mtn Direct Online which came faulty and i was told to take it to the repair centre in Midrand which i did and hours later that day was given a COL00..... number which i was told to use when collecting a new phone at a store where i bought the phone, i asked where to collect the phone since the contract was app**** and done online, to now i have no feedback, can you please advise as to where should i go collect a phone which was replaced on warranty and bought on Mtn online.

15 May 2017, 15:38My Mom who actually did the contract is now listed on ITC and is constantly being bothered by your debt collect because of this issue were by we took a faulty Cellphone to Midrand and have since then being taken up and down by your useless consultants and to date we have not received a replacement device but you people have the guts to call and ask for funds for something we do not even have, all we want from your stupid company right now is to unlist my mom on ITC and cancel the stupid MTN Direct contract as you only useful in collecting money than providing service, we have since obtained a contract with Telkom mobile and we actually happy with how they value us as customers
