<p>*** is this **** of my airtime being reserved for data???? How did the airtime I purchase end up there??? Now I can't convert my own airtime to a data package because you assholes put it in as " reserved for data"??? Sort this **** out before I pay you numb nuts a visit!</p>

Please be advised that the airtime Reserved for Data displays the airtime that has been reserved on your account for an active data session and will not be available for you to use. In order to clear this amount or make the amount available for use, please reboot your device or turn flight mode ON then turn it OFF again so that the airtime reservation clears.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
