Mtn didn’t cancel upgrade!

I must say I am extremely disappointed in this service provider. We just called them to cancel my contract, which to my knowledge has been running on a month to month. Only to find out that my contract is only ending in April. That means my previous dispute for an unauthorized upgrade that was supposedly reversed actually didn’t happen! So I have been upgraded on a sim only package but still paying the same premium?????!!!!
