MTN - Did not received ordered phoned

I ordered a new Apple a11 from MTN Newcastle mall on Monday on the 27th of July 2022. I have been promised that I can get the phone at the latest on Thursday the 30th of June 2022 since I need a new phone urgently. I did not get my phone and on enquires in this regards, I am getting now response at all from the shop. Currently I have no idea when I will receive my phone and I am without a phone. I need a new phone urgently. Worst customer service ever I received from MTN. Can nobody give me feedback on when I will received my phone and why I didnt get it yet???? Thank you. Mr. KS De Haas ***
