MTN did not provide a tablet with celphone contract upgrade as advertised.

<p>I have recently upgraded my celphone contract. I have upgraded to a medium data package consisting of 350 minutes and 5 GB of data. The phone taken was a S7 samsung however I did not get the samsung tablet which was included. When I queried, the mtn store did not have stock. I needed the ugrade due to the fact that I use my phone for business purposes. I therefore requested that I will wait for the tablet when stock arrives which they could not do. I have spoken to the upgrade call centre and they said that the store is not allowed to give phone if the tablet was not in stock, period. I do not think it is fair when MTN cannot abide by their advertisment and provide what was promised.</p>
