MTN DID NOT LOAD THE DATA THAT I PAID FOR

I purchased MTN data on December 16, 2024, using the link provided by their verified WhatsApp number. However, the data was not loaded. When I contacted MTN, they informed me that the issue was due to my bank not releasing the funds, and that the data would be loaded once the payment was processed.

On December 19, I verified with my bank that the funds had indeed been released, and they advised me to contact MTN again to resolve the issue. When I spoke with MTN today, they claimed that no transaction was visible on their end, despite my having proof of payment. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with, Zinhle, was impatient and did not allow me to fully explain the situation.
