MTN did not honour terms of Contract

MTN have not honoured the contract that I took out with them. I put a cap on the subscription amount which in the last four months of the contract just 'fell away' and I was consistently over charged. The MTN store in the Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg where I took out the contract (near Dischem /Edgars) was not motivated to help and referred me to the call centre (135) . The consultant at the call centre was dreadful ~ failure to understand that she was a representative of MTN as a brand and blamed the store where I took out the contract. My frustration levels at the lack of service went through the roof. I have now terminated the contract and shall not be renewing with MTN. Poor customer care and disappointing experience.
