MTN did not deliver as expected

I bought a promotional 1G data for R12 for 1 day on Saturday 2022-08-27 and the amount was deducted from my account immediately, but MTN did not provide my purchase. It is now Monday and I'm still waiting for the data! As a first time MTN customer I am not impressed at all. It's not about the money. It's about the lack of service that I am complaining about. I was told that MTN is one of the better service providers. I am not convinced! I expected them to be better than the previous service provider I used.
