MTN did not confirm "End Of Contract"

MTN did not notify me of "End of Contract" as per Icasa rules. Icasa rules stipulate that the network must notify you 80 and 40 days before the end of contract which they did not do. And proceeded to charge me almost double of my premium on Post Paid? Please contact me ***) as I've tried to contact them and failed due to *********** staff. Their third party supplier (Mobilesplus) also signed me up for another contract and as per my request and their contract is not providing what was discussed on the call?
