MTN did me very dirty

I’m very dissatisfied with what MTN did to me,I had data contract with them paying it very well,up until a lady from MTN called me and told me that I was for an upgrade ofwitch I never agreed to that,that’s when my problems started now I just find out that iv been listed under the credit bureau,I mean how because I never agreed to anything with anyone
