Mtn did me dirty I want my money back

I signed up for a data one contract last year and the Sim never worked I tried calling multiple times at mtn and was told to Rica the Sim which I did but still never worked but they take money from me every month I can't be donating money to mtn it would be nice to get all my money they took for their bad service
