We asked for our contracts to be transferred to a business account in Aug 2020. We visited them weekly to fill in needed documents and sign. They took their time and had accuses for the delay. We waited and wanted the contracts to be transferred on time to avoid extra costs before our upgrades. In Oct 2020 they let us sign a document to start the transfers. We signed 4 times the contract. Finally when the last contract went through we got a account 4x the amount we usually pay. The debit order went off in January 2020. They refuse to correct the mistake. The transfers is eventually done after 5 months of calling & visiting them every week. Now our one contract has no data loaded but we got double charged. I would not recommend anyone to do business with MTN.
