*** MTN???

Been trying to upgrade my contract since November 11 , was a schlep, still in retention and no one can provide me with a reason why or tried cancelling the contract, now I apparently owe them R1299 for an unexplained reason no one is being helpful, no one can give a straight answer regarding any processes, plus I have paid my contract every month… how do I owe you anything?
